Barry Horowitz, LCSW-R, is a licensed clinical social worker with experience partnering with adults, adolescents, and families to navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and unhealthy behavioral patterns, including compulsive internet use and gambling. He provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy across the lifespan, from children through geriatric clients.
Barry takes a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to treatment, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems models to help clients understand the patterns behind their thoughts and behaviors. He values a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust and mutual respect, working closely with clients to build practical strategies for lasting growth.
